14-Day Guarantee
You have the legal right to request a return and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required. Contact us to begin a return and we will refund your payment once the item is on its way back to us.
Handcrafted Notice
Because each item is made to order by hand, please review the measurements and product photos carefully before ordering. Slight, characterful variations between pieces are part of the handmade nature of our work and are not considered defects.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To arrange a return, contact us at brunstudio.co@gmail.com.
Faulty Items Policy
If a defect appears — such as loose threads or a manufacturing fault — we offer a free repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase. Reach out with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
