How long until my order is ready?

Every piece is made to order — most ship within 7–10 days. Pre-order items may take a little longer; we'll always keep you posted by email.

What does pre-order mean?

It means the piece is crocheted especially for you after you order. You're reserving yours from the next small batch.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship within the UK. For international orders, email brunstudio.co@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Can I collect my order?

Yes — choose Pickup at checkout to collect from our Denstone studio, free of charge.

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days to request a return and full refund on unused items in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page.

How do I care for my piece?

Spot clean, and reshape gently by hand. Avoid soaking. Each piece softens beautifully with wear.
